Jewelry Display for Adorn; CUSTOM

96”L x 30”D x 44”T overall dimensions.

18”T glass/display section. 18”T lower cabinet section. 6” Leg section.

Lower Cabinet - Ash wood + Baltic Birch base cabinet, finished in black. shaker/mission style design of 2” x 2” posts and perimeter, with inlaid faces (similar to current display case). Gentle ornate beading to surround perimeters, finished with antiqued gold (#917439 and #b99752 supplied gold palette). Integrated legs.

— Lower Cabinet Front-Face. Front Face of lower cabinet to be divided into 3 sections. Left section to be a display cabinet to be a flush inset display case. Right section to be a flush inset display cabinet. Center Section to have a removable medallion of Adorn supplied branding. Will have branding CNC’d and inlaid. 

— Lower Cabinet Rear-Face. Lower section to be desk-style opening behind, so that underneath of cabinet is partially void, able to be sat behind, or a safe and incidentals tucked behind. For support of cabinet weight, a support wall will be at the approximate halfway point beneath. Directly underneath ceiling will be (4) drawers. Interior of drawers 3” usable height to house trays & incidentals. 

Upper Cabinet - to fit inside lower cabinets frame. Ash wood perimeter, 2” x 2”, finished in black. 1/4” tempered glass rabbeted into frames on all faces, except rear. Gentle ornate beading to surround perimeters, finished with antiqued gold (#917439 and #b99752 supplied gold palette).

— Upper Cabinet Rear Face. 4 independently operable drawers. “Drawers” will be a flat bed, with removable insert. Bed mounted to inside of cabinet via “linear rail slides/guides”, not drawer slides. Rear door of each “drawer” to be Baltic birch, exterior finished black. Interior to have mirrors installed. 

Upper Cabinet to have lights installed in ceiling perimeter, angled inward toward jewelry. Will need to trouble shoot installation and which lighting is most ideal; will consult with local company for suggestion. Lighting strips will be covered by inlaid beading or frame rails; not visible at all is the goal. 

Brass hardware, Black finishes, gold trim palette. 

Current lead times are estimated 12-14 weeks. As we’d spoken previously, I’ll see if i can bring in some help to expedite this project. There are a handful ahead of this piece. Bear with me a bit, here, some of these build complexities are not within my usual processes and will need to be one-off troubleshot as we build.
