Christopher has been exceptional to work with. His customer service is outstanding. He customized the cabinet to my needs and updated me along the way. There was small damage to the product base during shipment(it appears the item was dropped by shipping company), which was a bummer. I was surprised there was any damage as the the item was packed well. However, I notified Christopher right away and he remade the damaged base for us entirely without any issue 😊 I plan to buy things from him in the future. The craftsmanship of this piece is sturdy, solid, and beautiful.
Christopher is an artisan & a professional. He customized two matching Lassen credenzas for me. He communicates frequently & ensures you receive what you wanted, provides updates for his progress & validates the receipt of your order. The pieces are beautiful & have added a dimension of simplistic sophistication to my great room. I am already planning to have him make me another piece, stay tuned!

The quality of the build is excellent. His design fit our exact needs for size, capacity, and appearance. Couldn't be happier.
