the “Levine Dresser”, a timeless & elegant dresser design, is a fully customizable dresser intended to add depth & eye catching detail to your clothes & linen storage space.
Pictured in our 10 drawer layout, the Levine Dresser is a collaboration between details, bridging the gap between utilitarian design & fine design.
Details of Design include deep, intentional, and heirloom level selection and mixture of solid Hardwoods with In-House, Shop-Sawn extra thick veneers, for a dramatic layout of figured hardwood in a sustainable and reverent beauty.
Along the rear edge of the Levine Dresser is our favorite detail of design. With a curved lip profile, a full-width, hand shaped Galley/Gallery Rail. The Levine Dresser is an unsurprisingly stout, heavy piece of fine furniture, and this railing design ensures that nothin falls behind, or rolls off the rear edge of the dresser.
Pictured Levine Dresser was installed with client-chosen unlaquered brass hardware, so that they can experience a unique, developing patina with time & use. Hardware customization is encouraged! Please let us know if you’d like a specific hardware to suit the existing design of your space.
Dresser construction consists of tenoned miters for the cabinet body, splined miter joinery for the soft closing drawers, tenoned webframing for drawer support, and dovetailed aprons into pictured tapered legs.
As all of our furniture is handcrafted, one at a time, all aspects of your piece can be customized to your needs we’d be happy to adjust dimensional sizing, adjust drawer counts & sizing, customize lumber selection, base design, or cabinet design!
Each Dresser is built by hand, and all materials are sourced & processed by hand. At this time, please allow 12-14 weeks from purchase to time of completion.
